The Last Seaside Orchestra

This film is a teaser trailer for a documentary about the Scarborough Spa Orchestra. Having began in 1912, it is the oldest municipal orchestra in the country.

The film was shot on both domestic and professional equipment as a pitch to the BBC. Some of the sound isn’t so great on the parts we edited from research tapes, but the film itself is rather heartwarming.
